Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password we will be happy to send you another one. All you need to do it put your email address into the field below and press the 'reset password' button. This will then send a new password to the email address you provided. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please check your junk email box. If it is not there please contact us and we'll arrange another password.

If you have not yet registered to use the Disability Standard website then you will get an error message saying we were unable to find your email address. If you have not registered and wish to do so then please call us on 020 7403 3020 or email disabilitystandard@efd.org.uk
