When I've completed the Assessment what happens next?

Each participating organisation will receive an individual tailored report that interprets your validated scores and enables you to compare your results with the overall benchmark average. Your report will also feature key successes; identify risks and present recommendations for priority action.

For Disability Standard 2009 Employers’ Forum on Disability (EFD) will make public the top ten performers.

Feedback from the 2007 Disability Standard was overwhelmingly in favour of publishing a top ten. This serves both to promote and reward those that did well and to generate publicity for disability in the workplace generally. Results of all other organisations outside of the top ten will remain anonymous.

While an organisation’s individual score will remain confidential, participants will be awarded a rank of Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze or participant:
