What does the diagnostic report contain?
At the heart of the Disability Standard is your individual diagnostic report which interprets your validated scores, enables you to compare your results with the overall benchmark average, your sector average, where appropriate your organisation’s previous Disability Standard performance and provides the basis for a two-year disability action plan.
The report breaks down your priority actions by legal risk and best practice and also identifies which of your actions are quick wins (minimum effort = maximum impact).
