Why is the cost higher for larger organisations?

At the beginning of the budgeting process we established how much it would cost to deliver the Disability Standard to 150 organisations. As we were keen to encourage a wide cross-section of large and small organisations to take part we decided that we must base the pricing structure on organisation's ability to pay. If everyone paid this same the Disability Standard would be relatively inexpensive for large organisations but prohibitively expensive to smaller ones.

Also, the risk and cost factor for larger organisations to get it wrong on disability is greater for larger organisations and therefore the value of taking part in the Disability Standard is greater.
