How should the required evidence be submitted?

The Assessment contains a number of evidence requests.

Evidence is submitted online as either a brief statement, policy document or the relevant part of other company literature.
 
The evidence submitted will not be scored. Evidence is used by Employers’ Forum on Disability (EFD) to validate the ratings given. As a result some scores may be changed if evidence provided does not reflect self-given ratings.

Evidence may also highlight examples of good practice, and potential case studies.
