  • Staff attitude Survey
  • Staff Disability Survey
  • Feedback and reports from the Staff Network Groups
  • Support for Equality Training ‘Respect For people’ from Hospital Management
  • Attendance at disability training
  • Hospital Policies and Impact assessments
  • KSF Competencies and those who have gained their Diversity and Equality level competencies.
  • Participation and support for Equalities and Health inequalities committees, and equality Strategy Committee. Goals for these committees are supported and achieved.
  • Disability Employment Group
  • PEAT Inspection team monthly visits to areas to assess
  • Ward Audits by PPI groups
  • Single Equality Scheme, Goals reviewed bi monthly.
  • Equality Counts Event, attended by Staff and community
  • Changes and objectives that are achieved within the vision for disability.
  • Single Equality Scheme, Celebrating Success
  • Work of Head and Neck Cancer services
