A disability confident organisation is one that recruits, develops and retains disabled employees. In this section you will find case studies on recruitment & selection, progression and retention of disabled employees, as well as examples of reasonable adjustments made.

Customers
This section covers case studies on accessible products & services as well as communicating and consulting with disabled customers and stakeholders.
