Since 2007 Employers’ Forum on Disability (EFD) have supported the Disability Standard with awards to reward great work.

Additionally EFD publicised the top ten performers in each benchmark, to promote and reward those that deserved recognition and generate publicity for disability in the workplace. Scores of all organisations remained confidential, although participants were awarded a Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze or participant ranking to show their commitment to improving their performance on disability.
