For the accessible information award we were looking for organisations that build accessibility into their brief when putting together communications, centralised standards on producing accessible info as well as innovative methods of communicating.

We were impressed with DWP for their text-phone standards, Lancashire for producing a BSL summary of their Disability Equality Scheme, Lloyds TSB and RBS for involving disabled people when designing communications and websites.
