For the accessible goods and services award we were looking for how products and services are designed, produced and delivered with accessibility in mind.

Award winners:

Barclays Plc
British Library

We were impressed with the guidance Barclays Plc produce for serving disabled customers, the work British Library have done around digital enhancement and virtual access particularly with their work on sound archives with the RNIB. BT are also to be commended on their work on BT Vision.
