For the making reasonable adjustments award we were looking for: clear well communicated policy with clear lines of responsibility, timescales and confidentiality.

We were impressed with Derbyshire Constabulary's reasonable adjustment policy which was the most comprehensive of its kind while both BT and RBS demonstrated how centralised policies serve to provide employees with adjustments throughout their careers.
